Paradigm TV is shifting how people think about video by innovating what’s next in the film industry with a strategy focused approach. As a multifaceted production company, we bring our clients' vision to life through cinematic storytelling across multiple media platforms. From events and music videos to feature-length films, we cover a wide range of projects and we offer services that cover everything in between to take our clients to the next level.

  • We are looking for a creative individual who knows how to attract an audience to our growing social media pages. We would like you to come up with new ways to build our brand and unique post that will boost number and propel us into the future.

    Prerequisite:

    • Must have knowledge on all social media sites and how to grow them.

    • Must be able to post any time.

    • Must understand business etiquette and how to phrase post so that they are not offensive.

    • Must know Adobe Photoshop

  • We are looking for someone with production set knowledge who can step in on a set and help out where necessary and even take over camera.

    Prerequisites:

    • Must have 2+ years experience

    • Must have basic on set knowledge.
      (gaffer, assistant camera, assistant director, boom mic, etc.)

    • Must be able to log footage.

    • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to go on supply runs.

    • Must own a DSLR camera and know how to shoot video.

    • Must have an eye for photography.

  • We are looking for an artist with a creative eye for makeup and special effects. Responsibilities include working on our original series "Para's Question of the Day" and occasionally big productions.

    Prerequisite:

    • Must have 1 Year experience

    • Must have your own makeup equipment.

    • Must have experience with body painting.

    • Must have experience with on-set hmu.

    • Must be able to provide your own travel.

  • We are looking for production assistants to provide extra help on set. No prior experience required.

    Prerequisites:

    • Must have vehicle to go on supply runs.

    • Must be savvy with production equipment.

    • Must know how to set up production (C-stands, light stands, etc.)
